NICOLE PASCAVIS, Co-Founder, Director of Sales & Marketing

Having spent the first several years of her career in New York City in the world's premier marketing and public relations agencies, Nicole left in 2015 to pursue a passion for social enterprise and working with small business owners directly. Upon learning about The Isandi Oils Project shortly after moving to Portland, OR, she jumped right on board - she had fallen in love with Rwanda on a 2013 visit and was eager to reconnect. An avid adherent to the belief that things you wouldn't eat shouldn't go on your body, Nicole is committed to 100% natural, plant-based products and thrilled to be growing a business around those principles.

Favorite product: "Moringa. Love it on face, feet and hands throughout the day, and as an additive to my favorite lavender body lotion."

DANO JUKANOVICH, Founder & Director

Dano Jukanovich has been deeply committed to Rwanda since 2009, when he moved there with his family and two close friends to found Karisimbi Partners, a management consulting, operational management, and investment services firm focused on mid-market enterprise development.  He brings more than 22 years of experience of business development and finance for both start-ups and established companies.

Now located outside of Boston, he manages the operations of the business remotely and visits Rwanda regularly. 

Favorite product: "Wild African Calabash. It's exciting to be a part of introducing a new product to market, and it's done wonders for my teenage daughter's acne."

FARMERS & PARTNERS

We source our oils directly from farmers we know and trust. Our partners currently work with over 800 farmers and their families in East Africa, and have created the first organic Moringa growers group. Learn more about our partnerships with farmers here.
